Uncalled for BAN!
hi i was playing today and i got logged out then when i tried to log back in again it said i had been banned for breach of conduct of user agreement, then at the end it says code=45
i havnt done anything wrong i can assure you, and have emailed the company but they require my serial number which i have lost by deleting old emails can any one help please |

NCSoft handles this specific part of customer service, and it's unlikely that anybody on these forums would be able to help you with this in a direct manner. If you've e-mailed NCSoft Support that's all you can really do, and I would suggest looking long and hard for your serial numbers if you've been asked to provide them.
