Default Uncalled for BAN!

hi i was playing today and i got logged out then when i tried to log back in again it said i had been banned for breach of conduct of user agreement, then at the end it says code=45

i havnt done anything wrong i can assure you, and have emailed the company but they require my serial number which i have lost by deleting old emails

can any one help please

NCSoft handles this specific part of customer service, and it's unlikely that anybody on these forums would be able to help you with this in a direct manner. If you've e-mailed NCSoft Support that's all you can really do, and I would suggest looking long and hard for your serial numbers if you've been asked to provide them.

you can check your serial keys on the manage account or keys, where you can add new keys, there you can check all the serial keys you have added to your account.

other than that, no one here can do anything else for you.

We can't do anything about it here, use the link to support Amrak gave a few posts up.
